Floratam is a fast-growing, vigorous, dark green, broad-leafed St. Augustine grass. very drought Tolerant with excellent resistance to Brown Patch and chinch bugs, making it the St. Augustine number one variety in South Texas.

Palmetto is a native St. Augustine grass cultivar selected for better color and finer texture than ordinary St. Augustine grass. Palmetto St. Augustine grass demonstrates superior shade, cold, frost, heat, and drought tolerance. This versatile turfgrass is the ideal choice for residential and commercial use 

St. Augustine  is a vigorous, medium-green, medium-textured lawn grass. Raleigh is the most dominate St. Augustine lawn grass in Texas because of its cold tolerance, but is still prone to chinch bugs and brown patch attacks.

 Tifway Bermuda was released by the Georgia Agriculture Experiment Station and the Crops Research Division in 1960.  It was developed to be a bit more cold tolerant than common bermuda and have a bit firmer blade which proves excellent for golf courses, lawns and sports fields.

       
 Common Bermuda grows well almost anywhere. It likes hot sunny areas with well-drained soil, it  is very drought resistant  but will need water occasionally, if dry
